INOLA INDUSTRIAL RAIL FACILITY INVITATION TO BID 

The City of Tulsa – Rogers County Port Authority is accepting bids for construction from Union Pacific’s mainline Wagoner Subdivision, of an existing inactive rail spur being redeveloped to serve the Tulsa Port of Inola.
