Nathan Reese*

Nathan Reese is the Executive Vice President for External Relations at the Grand River Dam Authority, a Public Power Agency of the State of Oklahoma, where he oversees the Authority’s government relations, customer relations, and economic development teams. Prior to his current position he was an Assistant General Counsel and Director of Public Policy at GRDA. Before coming to GRDA, Reese served in the Senate office of U.S. Senator James Inhofe (R-OK) as the general counsel to the Committee on Environment and Public Works, Oversight Subcommittee, where he helped write and pushed for Oklahoma’s priorities in the 2014 Water Resources Development Act. During his tenure in the senator’s office he was also responsible for the Judiciary; Commerce, Science and Transportation; and Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee issues. He also served for a time as a legislative aide to Inhofe for national security and foreign policy. Reese received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Tulsa and a law degree from Washington University in St. Louis. Nathan and his wife, Andrea, have one daughter, Cecilia, and two sons, Henry and Charles. They make their home in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
