Kinnee Tilly is vice president of business development and operation for the Oklahoma Manufacturing Alliance. She coordinates a field staff who serve manufacturing in all 77 counties of the state, while developing relationships with numerous sponsors, partners and stakeholders. Tilly has a deep knowledge of the manufacturing industry and is uniquely qualified to help us build collaborative relationships and advance the economic development mission of the Manufacturing Alliance.
Tilly has served as Interim CEO and President of the Broken Arrow Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Corporation. Previously she served the organization as senior vice president of economic development. Before that, she was vice president of business retention, expansion and small business for the Tulsa Regional Chamber. Among the highlights of her time in Broken Arrow, Tilly directed the expansion and relocation of more than 30 companies to the city. Her business retention strategies were instrumental in the creation of more than 4,300 jobs at manufacturing and high-tech firms. Tilly holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Oklahoma and a
Bachelor’s Degree from Lindenwood College in St. Charles, Missouri.
